As you can see, we're on the 'net! The purpose of this blog is to keep everyone informed of what's what and for better communication, which is essential for a great community. The members of the Board volunteer their time to better our neighborhood in numerous ways. We're all in this together. As you may have noticed, work has begun on some of the sidewalks, driveways and aprons. This is necessary to ensure our safety, and a recent inspection dictated that we commence the reconstruction and repairs immediately.

For fire safety reasons, the Board has hired a firm to clean the dryer vents of all units, regardless of whether you have a dryer or not. Work will begin this Saturday, April 14th, and will continue until Monday, April 23rd. Pick a day convenient to you and let any Board member know, and we'll hook you up for free. It's good for you, it's good for everyone.

The annual Owners meeting will be held on June 14th at 7:30 PM at the usual place on Amboy Road around the corner.
